Wellbeing Mornings

Wellbeing mornings combine movementeducation, delicious food and community (4 of my favourite things)! The events usually start with an exercise class focussing on functional movement. We then provide a nutritious healthy snack and have some time to chat and mingle followed by a workshop/talk/interview on wellbeing which is educational, informative and fun. The event usually ends with a Pilates/stretch class ready to set you up for the rest of the day, feeling energised and excited for life. 

These events are aimed at anyone and everyone. We don’t mind if you are an exercise fanatic or prefer a gentle walk in the park. We would love to meet you.
